In this directory you will find some of the predictors of the CAID challenge made available in collaboration between the BioComputingUP laboratory and the predictor developers.

The predictors are released in the form of a singularity image and a README to explain how it should be used.

The predictors have been compressed using tar and gunzip, to extract them you can simply use this command:

    tar xvf predictor_name.tar.gz
