Efficient disorder Prediction with ESpritz

Version 1.3

11/01/2013 Update: Computations are now carried out on a large state-of-the-art cluster. In addition, large jobs are split into 8 parallel batches. Calculations on the human proteome show a 6-fold increase in computational time. Human proteome (35586 protein sequences) takes 1 hour. Quick human proteome results available here. See paper for prediction accuracy.
